Over 16 years, we have been accurately paying high rents for townhomes in good locations.We cannot money-bleed further. We are two people, looking for a rotten, semi-livable cottage or cabin for a $400-$450/mo rent, with a potential to turn it into a cozy bakery (European pastries) or art/craft artisan store. The property owner will also get a commission if we generate revenue. We hope that there are almost abandoned properties with owners who cannot decide to sell or give them for rent.
