I am looking for a 2-3 bedroom house in good clean condition within a 20-25 minutes driving range of the East End of Charleston. I prefer a small yard with a deck or patio, good light inside and hardwood floors. I want a quiet and safe neighborhood. I need a property that permits cats. I have excellent housing references from Santa Fe, New Mexico and Silver Spring, Maryland. I work for a Charleston Law Firm as a researcher and have excellent job references.
